I just bought a new laptop and want to put these programs on the new laptop. I downloaded Illustrator fine from the CD, took about five minutes. I tried downloading Photoshop with the CD and I keep getting a runtime error screenshot below.

I obviously windlws restarting which didn’t work, I’ve tried running the setup in compatability mode for Windows 7 because my old laptop was Windows 7 and it worked fine, that didn’t work either.

I tried going onto my Adobe account and downloading the software from my products page to see if that would work better than the CD, that gave me the same runtime error message. I don’t know what could be causing this issue with photoshop when there was no issue with Illustrator.
